Need experience home security technician to help solve problem

1st. off, I have tried several ways to correct this problem, key pad, contacting phone company, cable, other home security companies.  No help whatsoever.

13yrs ago we had the system installed with monitoring.

The company that we got it from is no longer in business.

Monitoring service is not in service now.

Whenever cable goes out our alarm system sounds.

We have digital phone which is through the cable line.

There is a box in a closet which is locked and we do not have the key to access it.

I would like to disable the phone line so that when cable or the phone goes out, the alarm will not sound.

I need for a reputable tech to come or email me and tell me how to disconnect the phone line, but yet enable the security system to still operate, doors, motion dectector.
